Key Responsibilities :-
To implement sales activities in non-commodity market in order to achieve the sales targets
-Implements market prospecting activities in order to maximize the market coverage.
-Implements pre-sales and sales activities to achieve sales targets.
-Maintains a good relationship with customers to ensure their maximum satisfaction and thereby leading to a long-term relationship.
-Accountable for clarification of projects’ final technical and commercial detailed information to ensure that projects are effectively operated as planned.
-Accountable for collecting the first payment and payment securities to ensure that projects are operated with minimum commercial risks.
-Provide assistance and support to NI Sales Manager in the implementation of marketing activities in order to expand the market, build the company image and achieve sales goals.
Key Challenges :-
-With the instability in the economy, fluctuation in property sector, together with the competitive business environment, the person in this position is required to be highly proactive and able to maximize clients’ satisfaction while minimizing risks to the company
-Jobholder needs to be knowledgeable in both the technical and commercial aspects
